Having registered, members / investors can view offers from companies that have operational assets. We carry out what we consider to be a reasonable level of due diligence and put together an ‘Offer Document’, which we verify and sign off under Section 21 of Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. We also act as security trustee and would step in and take over the asset should a borrower ever default.
Minimum investment amounts can be as low as £100 so that even investors with as little as £1,000 can easily diversify their risk. Money is held for 14 days after the close of the offer, known as a 'Cooling Off’ period for investors, who may change their mind during this time. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information.
