Our bonds are technically transferable, however, there is no secondary market for the bonds that are listed on the platform. If you want to sell, and find an eligible investor who wants to buy it (e.g. if the bond is classified as a SIS, the investor purchasing the bond must be a HNWI or Sophisticated investor), Downing will facilitate the transfer. You may have to sell your bonds for less than what you paid for them.
