• A “Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor”.
• A “Restricted Investor” who will invest less than 10% of their net assets in this type of investment.

When registering with the platform and on an annual basis, investors must confirm their investor category and complete a risk test. This is to ensure that investors are suitable to invest in these bonds and understand the associated risks.

These terms are defined in The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005 (as amended) and the FCA’s Conduct of Business Sourcebook at Chapter 4.7.
